The company is considered as a privately-held entity which is engaged in the production of copper products. It was incorporated in the year 1926 and conducts its business from its corporate head office located in Santa Perpetua De Mogoda, Spain. It is primarily engaged in a wide array of business activities, such as smelting ores into nonferrous metals, as well as the primary refining of nonferrous metals (except aluminum) using electrolytic or other processes offered to a variety of industries and private customers in the region. The company is a subsidiary of KME Spain S.A., which has active operations in Spain.
